difficult risky case with socket type III &amp; pneumatized maxillary sinus where the primary stability difficult to achieve.<br \/>We decide to for an immediate placement with ossodensification concept to improve septum bone , and elevating sinus through the socket.<br \/>6\u00d712 mm B &amp; B implant was placed after osteotomy site preparation with densabur, after that palatal pedicle CTG was harvested and moved to cover the socket after bone graft &amp; PRF
